Monsignor McClancy Memorial High School utilizes a Bring Your Own Device program for all students. Students are expected to bring a fully charged Chromebook or other laptop, an iPad or other tablet device with them to school each day. A student’s cellphone cannot be used as their device during class time throughout the school day.
Below you will find the list of all workbooks and novels that will be used in your classes next year. These materials are available from a wide range of companies including many that provide free shipping to your home.
This is a single list for the entire school, so only purchase the materials for the particular classes your child is enrolled. Match the course code on the student schedule with those on the list to ensure you purchase the appropriate material. When purchasing student books, be mindful of the editions listed and ISBN (International Standard Book Number beginning with 978) which are listed on the right, as sometimes different editions vary greatly.
If one or more of your student’s courses are not listed below, it means that the family is not required to purchase any particular material for that class. Many of those include a state issued textbook distributed to the students during orientation. Each teacher will indicate their preference regarding notebooks, writing utensils and other supplies needed for class during Orientation Week.
