New Director of Advancement – Don Holden, Class of 1964

Don Holden '64 Director of AdvancementDear McClancy Alumni and Friends,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Don Holden, class of 1964, as our new Director of Advancement. Don brings a wealth of experience in the nonprofit world in both the education and human service spheres. As a former student, teacher and coach here at the school and in working with Brother James O’Grady, S.C. in the early 2000s as the Associate Development Director, he is well-aware of McClancy’s tradition and the charism of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart.

Pat Civitano, class of 1996 will be the Director of Alumni Relations and will continue to be part of the Advancement Office. For years Pat has done a tremendous job holding two positions, but with 64 graduating classes it was time to enhance our strategies. Both Pat and Don are committed to working together to advance the mission of McClancy High School.

“I am honored to be returning to my Alma Mater to help advance the school’s mission. My thanks to the Board of Directors, The Cor Jesu Foundation Board of Directors and the administration for having the confidence in me. I promise all associated with McClancy that you will get my very best.” -Don Holden ‘64

Please join me in welcoming Don to our team as we all come together to continue making Monsignor McClancy “The School That Makes a Difference.”

All the best,

Nicholas Melito ‘76
