The tuition at Monsignor McClancy Memorial High School for the 2025-2026 school year is $11,300. Parents/Guardians have various options as to how they can pay the tuition. No matter which plan parents/guardians choose, the first payment is due on July 1, 2025. The following options listed below, are available:
- 1 Payment-Pay the entire tuition of $11,300.00 in one payment due July 1st.
- 2 Payments-Pay the tuition in two payments of $5,650.00 due July 1st and January 1st.
- 4 Payments-Pay the tuition quarterly $2,825.00, due July 1st; October 1st; January 1st; and April 1st.
- 10 Payments-Pay the tuition monthly, according to the following schedule: $1,130.00 due in ten payments, beginning July 1st through April 1st.
Families with two or more siblings attending Monsignor McClancy Memorial High School will receive half off the tuition for the eldest child/children.
How to pay:
- Pay online through the Plus Parent Portal – go to forms/billing, go to my invoices, click pay invoices… There is no fee when selecting the E-check option on the parent portal. You may set up automatic recurring payments by selecting “Enable Auto Pay”. You will not be able to view the invoices through an App, therefore please make sure to log in from a desktop or a web browser.
- Pay in person or by mail. The school accepts checks, cash, money order and all credit/debit cards. There is a 3% surcharge on credit/debit card payments.
- Incoming Freshmen must log into your account through https://ap-forms.rediker.com/MsgrMcClancy
– click on forms/billing, go to my invoices, click pay invoices, select invoice to pay … There is no fee when selecting the E-check option. Please make sure to log in from a desktop or a web browser not an App.

Seniors – Graduation Fee of $425.00 is due October 1st, 2025.
Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors – Matriculation Fee (Re-Registration) of $250.00, due March 1st, 2026*
There will be a late charge of $30.00 incurred for payments received after the 15th of the month. Students will not be able to attend classes if tuition is not received according to the payment schedule chosen. No student may take their final examinations until all financial obligations to the school are satisfied.
